These terms and conditions aim to stipulate the terms and procedures for the use of internet games and services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Gitul Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
1. "Services" refer to all games and other services provided by the Company.
2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service use contract with the Company and uses the services provided by the Company.
3. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
4. "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to confirm the member's identity and protect confidentiality.
5. "Social Login" refers to a method of logging into the service using an account from an external ID provider (Google, Facebook, Kakao, etc.).
1. These terms and conditions take effect when the member agrees to them during the service registration.
2. The Company may change these terms and conditions within the scope not violating related laws.
3. The modified terms and conditions will be announced on the service notice 7 days before the application date, stating the application date and the reasons for the change.
4. Members have the right to disagree with the changed terms and conditions, and if they do not agree to the changed terms, they can stop using the service and withdraw their membership.
1. The use contract is concluded when a person who wants to become a member agrees to the contents of the terms and conditions, applies for membership, and the Company approves this application.
2. The Company may not approve or may cancel the use contract afterward for the following applications:
1. If the applicant has previously lost membership under these terms.
2. If the applicant uses a false name or another person's name.
3. If false information is provided, or required information is not provided.
4. If it is judged that registering as a member significantly hinders the Company's technical aspects.
3. Members can join the service through social login, and in this case, they can link and use the account information from the external ID provider.
1. Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, the usage guidelines, and the notices related to the service, and must not interfere with the Company's operations.
2. Members must not engage in the following acts related to service use:
1. Registering false information during service application or change.
2. Using another person's information.
3. Engaging in profitable activities using the service without the Company's prior approval.
4. Other illegal or unfair acts.
3. Members are responsible for managing their social login accounts and the Company is not responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized use of these accounts.
4. Members are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their respective regions. If the use of the service is legally prohibited in the member's country of residence, the member must stop using the service and notify the Company.
1. The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these terms or acts contrary to public order and morals and strives to provide continuous and stable services.
2. The Company has a security system in place to protect personal information so that members can use the service safely, and publishes and complies with the privacy policy.
3. If a member's opinion or complaint related to service provision is deemed justified, the Company must handle it. The Company notifies the member of the handling process and results through email, etc.
4. The Company does not provide members' personal information to third parties without their consent and strives to protect it. However, exceptions are made for lawful requests from the government and related authorities.
1. The Company provides the following services to members:
1. Internet game services.
2. Any services developed by the Company or provided to members through cooperation agreements with other companies.
2. The Company can change the contents or technical specifications of the services, and if there is a change, the reason and schedule will be announced in advance.
1. The Company may temporarily suspend service provision for system maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or communication interruption.
2. In case of service interruption according to paragraph 1, the Company notifies the members in advance through notices, etc. However, if prior notice is not possible due to unavoidable reasons, it may be notified afterward.
1. Members can request withdrawal and terminate the use contract if they do not wish to use the service anymore.
2. The Company can restrict the use of the service or terminate the use contract if a member violates the terms or relevant laws.
1. The Company is not responsible for service provision failures due to natural disasters, war, service suspension by telecommunications providers, and other force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for service use failures due to the member's fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for service use failures due to problems with external ID providers caused by social login.
4. International users must comply with the data protection laws and regulations of their respective countries, and the Company does not take any responsibility for this.
1. The interpretation of these terms and conditions and disputes between the Company and members are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Lawsuits between members and the Company arising during service use are under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in Korea. However, other courts can be designated as the jurisdictional court according to the member's country of residence's laws.
1. These terms and conditions take effect from May 1, 2024.
