• – Collection purpose: Reply to customer inquiries and consultation requests, checking service usage records for consultation
• – Retention period: Kept for 5 years after the inquiry is received (but preserved until the time specified by related laws)

② <Feather Studio> does not collect personal information of children under 14 by allowing only those aged 14 or older to register as members in order to protect the personal information of children.

5. Destruction of Personal Information

<Feather Studio> destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved.
